Now in its 30th year, Louisville Business First’s Forty Under 40 program introduces readers to local professionals under the age of 40 growing and flourishing in their careers and contributing to our community.
For our 2025 Forty Under 40 class, we had more than 600 nominations with more than 325 people submitting Q&A forms to judges.
How are the 40 selected? Candidates are nominated throughout the year and we send a Q&A form out to all nominees. Candidates fill out the form used by the judges to make their selections. We ask about their career history and how they landed in their field, nonprofit involvement, why they should be selected and a lot more. Read More at Louisville Business First here.
