Wesley House Community Services is a member of the Louisville Asset Building Coalition. The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is a free tax preparation service that ensures that taxpayers receive their maximum refund for which they are eligible, returning February 2-April 15th, from 10 am – 2 pm. This is a critical service for the population served and a unique opportunity for a family to set a path for financial security.

Last Year’s Tax Return

Health Insurance Information: Form 1095-A, 1095-B, or 1095-C, if applicable.
Any Additional Forms: If you have specific tax situations (like self-employment income, rental property, etc.), bring relevant documentation.
